We currently have two delightful dairy ewes on our farm. Honey is a beautiful East Fresian, known for their high milk production, and Sweetie is a sturdy Lacaune, recognized for their rich, creamy milk. This winter, in 2024, we bred them with an Awassi ram, which is renowned for its resilience in dry and hot climates while still being productive milkers. We are eagerly looking forward to welcoming some beautiful lambs into our flock come April and all the milk and cheese that lambing will bring!
